Ingredients
  • Ice1 ounce spiced rum½ ounce Licor 43½ ounce Demerera syrup1 dash of cherry bitters2 ½ ounces dry sparkling wine1 Luxardo preserved cherry
Directions
  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the rum, Licor 43, syrup and bitters and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe, top with the sparkling wine, garnish with the cherry, and serve.
