Ingredients
  • Ice
  • 1 ounce Wahaka Espadín Joven mezcal
  • 1 ounce Dolin Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 ounce Dolin Dry Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Lemon twist, for garnish
Directions
  1. In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the mezcal, the vermouths and the bitters. Stir until chilled, then strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with the lemon twist.
