Ingredients
1 tablespoon Sriracha chile sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
6 ounces sushi-grade yellowfin (ahi) tuna, diced
1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
½ tart green apple (such as Granny Smith)--peeled, cored and finely chopped
1 avocado--halved, pitted and diced
Kosher salt
Directions
Make the marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together the Sriracha, rice vinegar, sesame seeds, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Whisk in the sesame oil and set aside.
In a stainless-steel bowl, gently combine the tuna, onion, apple and avocado. Add the sesame dressing, gently stir to combine, season with salt and serve with the kettle chips, if using.
