Ingredients
  • Ice
  • 2 ounces Banks Five Island rum
  • 2 dashes rhubarb bitters (such as Brooklyn Hemispherical rhubarb bitters)
  • 4 dashes coriander bitters (such as Bob's coriander bitters)
  • 1 teaspoon turbinado sugar
  • Twist of orange peel
Directions
  1. In an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice, add the rum. Add the bitters, sugar and orange peel. Use a demitasse spoon to stir ingredients together. Serve.
