Ingredients
2 cups ice
1½ ounces Jameson Irish whiskey
1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 ounce grated ginger
:::½ ounce simple syrup (1:1):::
1 ounce Fernet-Branca
1 sprig of fresh mint
Directions
In a blender, add the ice, whiskey, lemon juice, grated ginger and simple syrup. Blend on high for 30 seconds.
Pour into a coupe and fill to the rim with Fernet-Branca, then garnish with the sprig of mint. Serve.
