Preheat the oven to 350°. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
To a large bowl, add the old-fashioned and steel-cut oats, almonds, sesame seeds, oil and honey and stir until combined. Evenly spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet and bake until lightly browned, 20 to 25 minutes.
