Ingredients
¼ cup water
3 tablespoons mirin
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons tahini
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1½ tablespoons red miso
1½ tablespoons sugar
1½ tablespoons sake
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients together until smooth. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
