Pistachio-Amaretto Jell-O Shots Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 99 gram package pistachio-flavored Jell-O pudding
  • 1 ¼ cups cold milk
  • ¾ cup Amaretto liquor
Directions
  1. Place 20 2-ounce plastic shot glasses on a baking sheet.
  2. Combine the Jell-O mix, cold milk, and amaretto using a mixer for about 2 minutes at medium speed.
  3. With a cookie scoop, fill each shot glass halfway with the Jell-O mixture, and put the lid on.
  4. Put in fridge to chill for about 1 hour. Serve with additional chopped pistachios, if desired.
