Directions
Make the clove and ginger simple syrup: Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and heat until the Stevia In The Raw® is melted, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. Makes about 1 cup.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the whiskey, lemon juice and clove and ginger syrup. Stir until well chilled and strain into a chilled coupe. Top with a splash of the sparkling apple cider. Garnish with a lemon peel and serve.
