- 6 ounces brewed sencha tea
- 6 ounces brewed mint tea
- 4 ounces demerara sugar
- 2 cups ice
- 12½ ounces white rum, such as Banks 5 Island rum
- 5 ounces fresh lime juice
- Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish
- In an iced tea pitcher, combine both teas. Stir in the sugar until it dissolves, then add the ice. Add the rum and and the lime juice.
- Chill the punch in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving it. Pour it into ice-filled Old-Fashioned glasses and garnish each drink with freshly grated nutmeg.
