Recipe: Luau Basil Rum Cocktail

Ingredients
5 basil leaves, plus more for garnish
¾ ounce St-Germain
1½ ounces rum
¾ ounce lime juice
Ice
1½ ounces soda water
Directions
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the basil leaves with the St-Germain.
Add the rum and lime juice, fill the shaker with ice, then shake vigorously until well chilled.
Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Top with soda water and garnish with lychee and basil leaves. Serve.
