- 2 teaspoons genmaicha tea
- 6 ounces Ketel One vodka
- 2 ounces Talisker 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch whisky
- 2 ounces Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 12 ounces simmering water
- Lemon twists, for garnish
- In a teapot, combine the tea, vodka, whisky, ginger liqueur, lemon juice and water. Let steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Strain into 4 teacups and pinch a lemon twist over each to aromatize the steam. Discard the lemon peels and serve immediately.
