- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon orange-blossom water
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the pomegranate juice and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and cool to room temperature.
