Ingredients
  • 2 cups shredded cooked turkey
  • 2 cups stuffing
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • ½ cup gravy
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 garlic clove, finely grated with a zester
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400º. In a medium bowl, mix together the turkey, stuffing, milk, peas, gravy, parsley, lemon juice and lemon zest until well incorporated. Season with salt and pepper, then transfer to a 9-by-13-inch baking dish and spread in an even layer.
  2. In another medium bowl, stir the mashed potatoes with the remaining ingredients until smooth, then transfer to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
  3. Pipe the mashed potato mixture over the turkey filling in a series of rosettes and stars until the entire surface is covered.
  4. Bake until the mashed potatoes are golden brown, 1 hour. Let rest for 10 minutes, then serve.
