Ingredients
2 cups water
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Juice of 1 grapefruit
1 sprig of rosemary
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a glass jar. Seal the jar and set aside to chill 2 hours or overnight.
Discard the rosemary and shake before drinking.
