Overnight Steel Cut Oats Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the steel cut oats, almond milk, vanilla extract, honey, and chia seeds.
  2. Cover the mixing bowl, or divide the mixture evenly between 4 airtight containers.
  3. Place in the refrigerator for at least 10 to 12 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. When ready to serve, stir the oats, and portion the desired amount into a bowl.
  5. Top with mixed berries for serving.
