Fresh Green Bean Almondine Recipe

Ingredients
½ teaspoon fine sea salt
1 pound green beans, trimmed
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup sliced toasted almonds
1 ounce Parmigiano Reggiano, shaved
Directions
Fill a large sauté pan two-thirds full with water. Add the salt, and bring to a boil.
Add the green beans, and cook for 4 minutes. Drain.
Place the sauté pan back on stove and heat the butter, lemon juice, and pepper over medium-high heat. Add the beans and cook for 3 minutes.
Plate and garnish with the almonds and the Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
Serve and enjoy.
