Creamy Kidney Bean Salad Recipe
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 (15-ounce) cans kidney beans, drained & rinsed
½ cup shredded carrots
1 cup diced celery
¼ red onion, diced
In a small bowl, add mayo, vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir to combine.
In a large bowl, add beans, carrots, celery, and onion.
Top with dressing. Toss to combine.
