Ingredients
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans kidney beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
Directions
  1. In a small bowl, add mayo, vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir to combine.
  2. In a large bowl, add beans, carrots, celery, and onion.
  3. Top with dressing. Toss to combine.
