Easy Apple Grilled Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
2 tablespoons apple butter
2 slices sourdough bread
1/4 Rave apple, thinly sliced
4 slices cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Directions
Assemble the sandwich by spreading apple butter on one slice of sourdough bread.
Top with apple slices, slices of cheddar cheese, and the remaining slice of bread.
Place a medium skillet over medium heat.
Add the butter, and allow it to melt.
Add the sandwich to the skillet. Cover, and cook for 3 minutes each side, allowing the cheese to melt. Be careful not to burn.
Serve immediately, and enjoy!
