Ingredients
  • 1 ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 ¾ cups flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chunks
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk the brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add the butter and combine again until smooth.
  5. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt into the wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chunks until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before slicing and serving.
