Easy White Chocolate Matcha Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons matcha powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 ounces white chocolate chips
¾ cup roasted pistachios, chopped
Directions
Set the oven to 350 F.
Whisk together the flour, matcha powder, baking soda, and salt.
Cream the butter and both sugars until pale. Beat in egg and vanilla.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
Fold in white chocolate and pistachios.
Chill the dough in the fridge for 1 hour.
Prep two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Scoop 1-tablespoon portions onto the parchment-lined baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set but the centers remain underdone.
Cool the cookies on the baking sheet 5 minutes, then transfer them to a rack for another 5 minutes.
Serve the cookies.
