The Best Poinsettia Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 large sprig rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 4 ounces cranberry pomegranate juice
  • ½ ounce Cointreau or triple sec
  • 1 ounce ginger beer
  • 2 ounces Prosecco
  • 3 cranberries, for garnishing
Directions
  1. Add simple syrup to a small bowl or plate and coat rosemary on all sides.
  2. Place rosemary on a plate and let set for 20-25 minutes, until tacky.
  3. Add sugar to a small bowl or plate and press rosemary into the sugar gently to coat.
  4. To make the cocktail, add the juice and Cointreau to a Champagne flute.
  5. Top with ginger beer and Prosecco.
  6. Garnish with cranberries and the sugared rosemary sprig to serve.
