These Baked Chicken Wings Start With Cajun Spices

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic granules
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1.5 pounds chicken wings
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F.
  2. Cover a baking sheet with foil and top with a wire rack.
  3. In a bowl combine the baking powder, paprika, cumin, garlic granules, onion granules, thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the chicken wings in the Cajun seasoning to thoroughly coat.
  5. Lay the wings out on the prepared baking rack.
  6. Bake the chicken wings for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the wings from the oven and turn them.
  8. Cook for another 15 minutes until the wings are crisp and fully cooked.
  9. Drizzle with hot sauce before serving.
