Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus With Parmesan Recipe

Ingredients
18 stalks asparagus
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
9 slices prosciutto
½ cup grated Parmesan
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 F.
Cover a baking sheet with baking paper.
Remove and discard any tough asparagus ends.
Toss the asparagus spears with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Cut each slice of prosciutto in half.
Tightly wrap each asparagus spear in half a slice of prosciutto.
Place the asparagus on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the top of the asparagus.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until the asparagus is tender and the prosciutto and Parmesan are crisp.
Serve the asparagus.
