Fall-Worthy Red Sangria Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • 1 plum
  • 2 figs
  • 1 bottle red wine
  • ⅓ cup brandy
  • ½ cup apple juice
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 cup ginger beer
  • 1 cup ice cubes
Directions
  1. Slice the apple, pear, plums, and figs into pieces.
  2. Place the fruit into the bottom of a large jug or pitcher.
  3. Pour the red wine over the fruit.
  4. Add the brandy, apple juice, and cinnamon sticks to the pitcher and stir.
  5. For best results, cover the sangria and transfer to the fridge for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight.
  6. When ready to serve, remove the sangria from the fridge give it a stir. Pour in the ginger beer and top off with ice.
  7. Pour sangria into individual glasses and serve.
