Ingredients
  • 4 boneless pork chops (totaling roughly 1 pound)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 (14-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic & Herbs Boursin cheese
Directions
  1. Coat the pork chops in the olive oil and season well with salt and pepper.
  2. Place a large, heavy bottomed pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the pork chops to the pan.
  4. Cook the pork chops for 4 to 5 minutes on one side, until lightly browned.
  5. Flip and cook the pork chops for another 4 to 5 minutes on the other side.
  6. Remove the pork from the pan.
  7. Add the cream of mushroom soup and Boursin cheese to the pan. Stir well to combine, allowing the Boursin to melt into the mushroom soup.
  8. Return the pork chops to the pan, nestling them into the sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  9. Serve the pork chops with extra sauce spooned on top.
