Ingredients
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 cups strawberry whole milk yogurt
  • ½ cup strawberry preserves
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cake mix and yogurt together until very well combined.
  3. Scoop the mix into a muffin tin lined with paper liners, filling each just under halfway.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon of strawberry preserves into each scooped muffin.
  5. Top with the remaining batter to fill.
  6. Bake the muffins for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick poked into the centers comes out clean.
  7. Let the muffins cool slightly on a wire rack, then serve.
