Ingredients
1 cup pitted kalamata olives, drained
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ cup parsley, stems removed
⅛ teaspoon salt, or to taste
⅛ teaspoon pepper
¼ cup olive oil
Directions
Add olives, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper to a food processor.
Pulse to chop finely.
While pulsing, add the olive oil slowly, pausing to scrape the sides as needed. Pulse until the mixture is paste-like.
Serve the tapenade with baguette or crackers.
