Ingredients
  • 1 cup pitted kalamata olives, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ cup parsley, stems removed
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil
Directions
  1. Add olives, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper to a food processor.
  2. Pulse to chop finely.
  3. While pulsing, add the olive oil slowly, pausing to scrape the sides as needed. Pulse until the mixture is paste-like.
  4. Serve the tapenade with baguette or crackers.
