4 large ripe bananas
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup milk
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
Stir the oats and milk into the bananas until combined.
Divide the batter evenly into muffin cups.
Bake the muffins for 25 to 30 minutes, or until lightly golden on top.
Cool for 5 minutes in the muffin pan.
Remove muffins from the tin and cool for 10 additional minutes on a cooling rack before serving.
