Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Chicken Sliders Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup BBQ sauce
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
⅛ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrot
¼ cup chopped cilantro
1 jalapeno, sliced
8 slider buns, for serving
Directions
Mix together the BBQ sauce, spices, and sugar in the bowl of a slow cooker.
Add the chicken and stir to coat.
Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 5-6.
In the meantime, make the coleslaw. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add the cabbage, carrot, cilantro, and jalapeño and mix to combine well.
When the chicken is ready, remove it from the slow cooker and shred it.
Add chicken to slider buns and top with coleslaw to serve.
