Ingredients
  • 1 orange
  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ⅓ cup low-fat coconut milk
  • ⅓ cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
  1. Peel and slice the orange.
  2. Add the sliced orange, frozen banana, orange juice, coconut milk, coconut yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey to a blender.
  3. Blend for 30 seconds, until smooth.
  4. Serve immediately, garnished with an orange slice, if desired.
