Ingredients
1 orange
1 banana, sliced and frozen
½ cup orange juice
⅓ cup low-fat coconut milk
⅓ cup coconut yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey
Directions
Peel and slice the orange.
Add the sliced orange, frozen banana, orange juice, coconut milk, coconut yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey to a blender.
Blend for 30 seconds, until smooth.
Serve immediately, garnished with an orange slice, if desired.
