Fresh and Crunchy Crab Salad Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 4 radishes
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 pound fresh crab meat, mix of white and brown meat
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 head little gem lettuce
Directions
  1. Dice the celery and the radishes, discarding the tops and ends.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the crab to a mixing bowl, along with the celery, radishes, and mayonnaise mixture.
  4. Mix the ingredients together to form your crab salad.
  5. Cut the buns open using a bread knife.
  6. Butter the insides of each bun.
  7. Add some lettuce leaves to each bun followed by a few spoonfuls of the crab salad.
  8. Serve the crab salad sandwiches.
