Fresh and Crunchy Crab Salad Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
2 stalks celery
4 radishes
⅓ cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
2 teaspoons lemon juice
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 pound fresh crab meat, mix of white and brown meat
4 brioche buns
2 tablespoons butter
1 head little gem lettuce
Directions
Dice the celery and the radishes, discarding the tops and ends.
In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Add the crab to a mixing bowl, along with the celery, radishes, and mayonnaise mixture.
Mix the ingredients together to form your crab salad.
Cut the buns open using a bread knife.
Butter the insides of each bun.
Add some lettuce leaves to each bun followed by a few spoonfuls of the crab salad.
Serve the crab salad sandwiches.
