Peach Cobbler Smoothie With Brown Sugar Crumble Recipe

Ingredients
¼ cup flour
⅓ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons old fashioned oats
⅛ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons butter
16 ounces frozen peaches
1 frozen banana
½ cup Greek yogurt
2 Medjool dates, pitted
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions
Combine the flour, brown sugar, oats, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the butter to the dry ingredients and combine until moist.
Add the mixture back to the skillet and gently stir the crumble until browned, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove the topping from the heat and let it cool and harden for about 10 minutes.
To make the smoothie, combine the frozen peaches, banana, yogurt, dates, milk, and vanilla extract in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
To serve, pour the smoothie mixture into glasses and top with the brown sugar crumble.
