Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ΒΌ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pound green beans, tips discarded
Directions
  1. In a small bowl combine the oyster sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Add the oil to a large frying pan and bring the heat to medium-high.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
  4. Add the green beans and cook for about 5-8 minutes, until they are just tender but still bright green.
  5. Pour in the sauce, stir, and warm through for 2 minutes.
  6. Top with optional sesame seeds and serve.
