Spicy Spiralized Rutabaga "Pasta" Recipe

Ingredients
3 rutabagas
1 (28-ounce) can crushed fire roasted tomatoes
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic granules
1 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
Wash and peel the rutabaga.
Spiralize the rutabaga using whatever blade size you prefer and set aside.
Add the fire-roasted tomatoes, tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and garlic granules to a medium pot.
Simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.
Add the oil to a frying pan over medium heat.
Saute the rutabaga noodles in the pan for 5 minutes until tender with a little bit of crunch.
Once the sauce is done simmering, add it to the noodles and serve.
