Rich Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 small ripe bananas
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 4 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
Directions
  1. Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
  2. Add all of the remaining ingredients except for the milk to the bowl.
  3. Add the milk a little at a time, mixing with whisk or fork, until evenly incorporated.
  4. Evenly spoon the mixture into 4 individual glasses, jars, or containers.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Before serving, top with optional ingredients, such as banana slices, peanuts, chocolate chips, or shaved chocolate, if desired.
