Ingredients
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 (4.51-ounce) packages soft caramels
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons flaky sea salt, plus more for topping
Directions
  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with foil and lightly grease with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and caramels to a medium saucepan.
  3. Heat on medium-low, stirring often, until the caramels have melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Turn off the heat and add the white chocolate chips to the saucepan. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
  5. Stir in the flaky sea salt until combined.
  6. Spread the fudge mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  7. Top with additional flaky sea salt if desired. Chill in the fridge until totally set, 2-3 hours.
  8. Remove the fudge from the pan, cut into squares and serve.
