  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 (15-ounce) can coconut milk

Directions
  1. In a bowl, combine the peeled shrimp, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, and 1 teaspoon salt.
  2. Mix to coat shrimp evenly.
  3. Melt butter in a deep skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until just opaque, about 1–2 minutes per side.
