Ingredients
  • 1/2 ounce pomegranate molasses
  • 1 1/2 ounce pomegranate juice
  • 1 1/2 ounce gin
  • Prosecco
  • Pomegranate seeds, for garnish
Directions
  1. In a mixing glass, combine pomegranate molasses, pomegranate juice, and gin.
  2. Top with ice and stir.
  3. Strain into coupe glasses.
  4. Fill with Prosecco to the top.
  5. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
