Salami And Fig Flatbread Recipe

Ingredients
1 small red onion, sliced
¼ cup balsamic reduction, divided
14 ounces store-bought pizza dough
4 ounces salami
6 figs, thinly sliced
4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
1 cup arugula
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Toss onion with 1 teaspoon balsamic reduction.
Roast for 5 minutes.
Roll dough into 17x11-inch rectangle. Arrange on a baking sheet.
Top dough with salami.
Add ⅓ of the figs.
Top with goat cheese.
Sprinkle with cooked balsamic onions.
Bake 20–30 minutes, until crust is brown.
Top flatbread with remaining figs, arugula, and remaining balsamic reduction. Serve immediately.
