Salami And Fig Flatbread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • ¼ cup balsamic reduction, divided
  • 14 ounces store-bought pizza dough
  • 4 ounces salami
  • 6 figs, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup arugula
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Toss onion with 1 teaspoon balsamic reduction.
  3. Roast for 5 minutes.
  4. Roll dough into 17x11-inch rectangle. Arrange on a baking sheet.
  5. Top dough with salami.
  6. Add ⅓ of the figs.
  7. Top with goat cheese.
  8. Sprinkle with cooked balsamic onions.
  9. Bake 20–30 minutes, until crust is brown.
  10. Top flatbread with remaining figs, arugula, and remaining balsamic reduction. Serve immediately.
