Chicken Sausage and Asparagus Sheet-Pan Dinner Recipe

Ingredients
13 ounces chicken sausage (about 5 links), diced
2 cups chopped asparagus
¼ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon herbes de Provence
1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 F.
Place the diced chicken sausage and asparagus pieces on a foil-lined sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil, herbes de Provence, and garlic powder.
Toss the chicken and asparagus thoroughly to coat in oil and spices, then spread the mixture out evenly on the pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the asparagus is roasted to your desired preference.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top, then serve immediately.
