Ingredients
4 Medjool dates
2 bananas
¼ cup tahini
1½ cups milk of your choice
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon cardamom
¼ cup crushed ice
Directions
Put the dates into a small bowl and cover with boiling water. Let sit for 15 minutes. Drain and discard the pits.
Slice the bananas and measure out the tahini, soy milk, cinnamon, cardamom, and ice.
Add the softened dates, bananas, tahini, soy milk, cinnamon, cardamom, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth and serve. Top with cacao nibs if desired.
