  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup blue cheese dressing
  • ¾ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
  1. Add the chicken, cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, and wing sauce into a crock pot. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 2 to 4 hours until the chicken is fully cooked.
  2. Once the chicken is cooked shred it in the crock pot. Add half the cheddar cheese and stir well. Add the remaining cup of cheddar cheese to the top of the dip. Continue cooking in the crock pot until the cheese is melted, about 30 minutes.
  3. Add the blue cheese crumbles and scallions to the top of the dip if desired, then serve hot with crackers, chips, or veggies.
