Frozen Nutella Mudslide Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 ounce milk
  • 2 tablespoons Nutella
  • 1 tablespoon Nutella sauce, for drizzling
  • 4 (2-inch) scoops vanilla ice cream (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup ice
  • ΒΌ cup Nutella
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1 ounce coffee liqueur
  • 1 ounce Irish cream liqueur
  • 1/2 cup Whipped cream, for topping
  • 1 Pirouette cookie, for serving
  • 1 tablespoons cocoa powder, for dusting
Directions
  1. To make the sauce, heat the milk in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds to warm. Whisk in 2 tablespoons of Nutella until smooth and saucy. Set aside.
  2. Fill a blender with ice cream, ice, Nutella, vodka, coffee liqueur, and Irish cream liqueur. Working quickly, cover the blender and blend until smooth. Mixture should be the consistency of a milkshake.
  3. Using a squeeze bottle or a thin spoon, drizzle the Nutella sauce around the inside of a Sundae glass. Pour the blended mudslide into the glass. Top with whipped cream, dusting lightly with cocoa powder. Garnish with a Pirouette cookie.
