Chop the pistachios, slice the basil leaves, and zest the orange.
Slice the bread into ¼-inch slices. Lay the slices out on a baking tray and bake in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the bread is lightly toasted.
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each slice, then top with about a teaspoon of pomegranate seeds, some chopped pistachios, basil, and orange zest. Serve right away.
