4 small Thai chiles, finely chopped, seeds removed
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons minced garlic
4 tablespoons butter
Directions
In a bowl, combine the sirloin, honey, pepper, olive oil, chiles, and soy sauce. Marinate for 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
When ready to cook, heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the sirloin tips and sear on all sides until deeply browned, about 5 to 6 minutes. Discard any remaining marinade.
Turn the heat down to medium low and add the garlic and butter. Cook until butter is melted, stirring to combine with the beef. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until the butter is thickened.
