Frozen Brandy Alexander Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 ounces cognac or brandy
  • 2 ounces dark crème de cacao
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup whipped cream, to garnish
  • ¼ cup cacao nibs, to garnish
Directions
  1. Add the cognac, crème de cacao, and ice cream to a blender.
  2. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into 2 chilled cocktail glasses. Garnish with whipped cream and cacao nibs, then serve.
