Ingredients
2 ounces cognac or brandy
2 ounces dark crème de cacao
1 cup vanilla ice cream
½ cup whipped cream, to garnish
¼ cup cacao nibs, to garnish
Directions
Add the cognac, crème de cacao, and ice cream to a blender.
Blend the ingredients until smooth.
Pour the mixture into 2 chilled cocktail glasses. Garnish with whipped cream and cacao nibs, then serve.
