Ingredients
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • juice of ΒΌ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup of coconut milk, chilled
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes, for garnish
Directions
  1. Add the avocado to a blender or food processor, along with the banana, the frozen blueberries, the lemon juice, the honey, and the coconut milk.
  2. Turn on the blender and blend everything until smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with coconut flakes.
