Air Fryer Parmesan-Crusted Boneless Pork Chop Recipe
4 6-ounce boneless pork chops
½ cup powdered Parmesan cheese
⅓ cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
¾ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 large egg
Preheat the air fryer to 400 F. Combine the Parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl. Beat the egg in another shallow bowl.
Dip each pork chop into the egg, then firmly press both sides into the Parmesan mixture to coat.
Spray both sides of each pork chop with cooking spray.
Put the coated pork chops into the air fryer basket, working in batches as necessary. Air fry the pork chops for 6 minutes, then turn them over, and cook them for another 3 to 5 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 160 F.
