Long-Stem Rose Valentine's Day Cocktail Recipe
½ ounce rose water
1 ounce Chambord
1 ½ ounces gin
4 ounces tonic water
Add the rose water to a coupe glass and tilt the glass to swirl the water around the perimeter of the inside to rinse. For a subtle rose flavor, discard the remaining rose water.
Add the Chambord and gin to the glass, then top with tonic water. For a richer flavor, use Champagne.
Garnish with baby's breath, a fresh raspberry, or fresh mint, and serve.
